We look forward to welcoming you to the Jenson8 Apollo workshop on [Date], starting at [Time + time zone].

To get the most from your experience as a participant, you will shortly receive an email from VR@jenson8.com. Please follow the link in the email to set up your dashboard account and access the evaluations. Please complete the Pre-Task Survey to enable the compilation of a psychometric report after the workshop is concluded.

This report includes two separate components: an individual report for each participant and a group report showing the makeup of the workshop group as a whole. The individual report is only available to you through your Jenson8 login, but the group report is shared with all participants and project sponsors.

To complete the Pre-Task Survey, you will need to use your [company name] email address and create a password for your new Jenson8 account to log in. Once logged in you should see a page title My Sessions, with a link to the workshop session. Once there, you will see a page outlining the structure of the session with a button to complete the Pre-Task Survey.

You will also be asked to complete a short Personal Assessment and Peer Evaluation at the end of the event. These are key to generating the group report, so please take some time to complete them.
