Remote Workshop Checklist
A list of the key considerations which must be addressed ahead of a remote Jenson8 session.
General
- Confirm time and date of session
Confirm participants - including contact details and location
- Clients should be located at home
- Clients participating from their office will need to liaise with their network team to follow our Network Access Requirements
- Participation from hotels is not recommended. They usually do not meet our Network requirements.
- Which Jenson8 experience/s will be used
- Confirm whether psychometrics will be used
- What devices will be used
- Device supplier (Client-owned, Jenson8 or rented)
- Co-ordinate device shipment to remote participants
Ensure that all participants have a space that meets our requirements:
- Ensure that they have access to sufficient space to participate
- Perform an internet speed test to ensure Network requirements are met
- Arrange a Tech Check for each participant in advance of the workshop
- Book the online meeting on your preferred video-call platform
- Send invitations to participants which include the link for the video call
- Confirm whether there are any observers with the Jenson8 team so they can arrange a separate video stream
- If there are concurrent sessions running, confirm the number of concurrent games required
- Confirm the group split for each team
Psychometrics
If you choose to utilise our psychometric applications in your session, please ensure you also address the points below. Haven't decided yet? - See more information on our psychometric applications here.
- Confirm which psychometric application will be utilised - you may wish to meet with a Jenson8 facilitator to discuss dynamics and behaviours
- Send participants an introduction to psychometrics
- Confirm a time and date for psychometric pre-task questionnaire to be sent
- Monitor participant progress on the pre-task questionnaire - all participants must complete this prior to the session.
If you choose to do so; participants will need to fill out self-reflection questions throughout the session. Remind participants that they will need to bring their phone or alternative portable device to do this.
Following the session:
- Each participant must complete a personal assessment and peer evaluation (optional) before they can receive their individual psychometric report.
- In order to generate a group report, all participants must have completed these post-task surveys. You may need to send reminders to those who forget to do this.
