Psychometrics
If you choose to utilise our psychometric applications in your session, please ensure you also address the points below. Haven't decided yet? - See more information on our psychometric applications here.
- Confirm which psychometric application will be utilised - you may wish to meet with a Jenson8 facilitator to discuss dynamics and behaviours
- Send participants an introduction to psychometrics
- Confirm a time and date for psychometric pre-task questionnaire to be sent
- Monitor participant progress on the pre-task questionnaire - all participants must complete this prior to the session.
If you choose to do so, participants will need to fill out self-reflection questions throughout the session. Remind participants that they will need to bring their phone or alternative portable device to do this.
Following the session:
- Each participant must complete a personal assessment and peer evaluation (optional) before they can receive their individual psychometric report.
- In order to generate a group report, all participants must have completed these post-task surveys. You may need to send reminders to those who forget to do this.
