Can I access Jenson8 Applications via a VPN?

We strongly recommend participants do not attempt to run our applications with an active VPN. This is because VPNs often incur high levels of latency which are incompatible with our experiences, meaning you will often find that you cannot join a session with a VPN active, or that you have a poor experience once you have joined.

If a VPN use is required on PCs in your organisation, please speak to a Jenson8 team member to find a solution.
