What is a Connection Test?

A connection test is a short meeting with a Jenson8 technician in which a project manager/participant can confirm that they have installed and configured Jenson8 software correctly. This typically takes 5-10 minutes.


A connection test will usually entail the following:

  • Entering a Jenson8 session (the Jenson8 technician will provide you with an activation code)
  • Communicating with the Jenson8 technician to confirm that voice chat has been properly configured
  • Pressing buttons/interacting with the environment to gain familiarity with the controls
  • Ensuring the floor level has been set correctly (VR only)
  • Any further technical questions or concerns can be addressed
