Creating an account and accessing the dashboard
In order for a participant to take part in a Jenson8 workshop that includes psychometrics, they will need to set up an account and access the Jenson8 dashboard.
The Jenson8 dashboard is used by participants before, during, and after the workshop. The dashboard can be accessed by visiting https://vr.jenson8.com/. Participants will use their login credentials to access their account.
Once an account is created, and the dashboard has been accessed, participants will be able to:
- Access their session(s)
- Complete the pre-task questionnaire
- Identify their player role and color for each round of VR
Creating an account
Once participants have been registered for the session, they will receive an invite prompting them to sign up for a Jenson8 account.
From here, the participant will be prompted to set a password for their account.
After setting a password, the participant will be able to login to their account and access the dashboard. The dashboard login can be accessed by reaching https://vr.jenson8.com/.
Completing the pre-task questionnaire
Jenson8 applications include a pre-task questionnaire participants will need to complete before the workshop begins.
If the workshop includes a pre-task questionnaire, participants will receive an invite explaining the application and prompting them to complete a pre-task questionnaire.
After clicking the link, participants will be brought to the pre-task questionnaire. Here, they will indicate the degree to which they agree or disagree with each statement using a 5-point scale.
Accessing the dashboard
Once participants have logged into the dashboard, the home screen will appear. To access the current session, participants will select the 'My Sessions' button.
After selecting 'My Sessions,' all of the participant's past and current sessions will appear. To access the current session, click on the session labeled 'Active.'
They will then be taken to the session. From here, they will be able to access view their role and color for each round and complete any additional reflection questions.
