Boomerang

The current release of Boomerang is 2.4.69r. See the link below to download the Windows client and instructions for installing on supported headsets.


Boomerang is not currently available for Pico headsets


For PCs running Windows 10/11


The Desktop application can be downloaded from this link: https://assets.jenson8.com/installers/boomerang/release/Boomerang.application

Once installed, you will be able to launch Boomerang from the Windows start menu. Boomerang will check for updates upon launch, so any new updates will be installed automatically.


 


For Meta Quest consumer headsets


Boomerang is now available on the Meta Horizon Store. To add it to your library visit the link below and log in with your Meta account:

You can also search for 'Boomerang' in the Horizon Store, but be sure to check that you are installing the Jenson8 app Boomerang. You will be able identify it from this app icon:



If you previously had an installation from one of Jenson8's private release channels (excluding ManageXR and ArborXR channels), please delete and reinstall from the store as we will be revoking release channel access.


 


Managing a Headset Fleet


If your organisation manages a large number of headsets you may wish to use a Mobile Device Manager such as ManageXR, ArborXR or Meta Quest for Business. If this is the case for your organisation, please contact support@jenson8.com to discuss setting you up on our MDM release channels.
