Hardware Specs for Facilitator and Desktop Client Machines

The minimum computer specifications required for smooth performance are as follows.

Processor:

• Intel i5 10th Gen or better
• AMD Ryzen 5 or better

Graphics Card:

• Nvidia 1650/2050/3050 or better
• AMD RX 5500/6400 or better

Memory:

• 8GB or more
• DDR4 or better

Operating System:

• Windows 10
• Windows 11

MacOS, Linux and mobile operating systems are not supported.

Please note that GPUs with similar numbers (i.e. GTX 1050 and 1080) do not necessarily have similar clock speeds or power. If you are unsure of the speed of the GPU you are using, please go to UserBenchmark: Nvidia GTX 1080 vs RTX 2070 and use the drop down menus to compare your GPU specs with one of the mentioned cards.

You should also ensure that your screen resolution is using a 16:9 aspect ratio (i.e. 1920*1080, 2560*1440, 3840*2160). To check this simply right click anywhere on your desktop, go to display settings, and scroll down to resolution. Note that the higher the resolution, the more powerful a graphics card you will require to run Apollo or Boomerang Facilitator Build correctly.
