Overview of the Jenson8 Dashboard
Jenson8 Dashboard Home Page
The Jenson8 Dashboard (https://vr.jenson8.com) is a web application that allows customers to configure and access all Jenson8 VR products and workshops.
The dashboard has the following main elements:
- Organisations
- Applications
- Sessions
- Games
Organisations
The Organisation is the umbrella for all your activity on the dashboard. When you become a Jenson8 customer, you will be assigned your own Organisation. You can manage all your own users here, including controlling privileges for users who are allowed to manage Sessions.
You can see all Sessions created for your organisation, and you can manage your user groups.

Applications
Jenson8 Applications are the range of products that are available to you via the dashboard, working in conjunction with VR apps in your headsets.
Each new Session or Workshop that you create is connected to a Jenson8 Application.
Depending on your programme, you may be using the Apollo Basic and Boomerang Basic applications, or the J Applications (e.g. J-LEAD, J-LEARN, J-ETHICS) which combine psychometric surveys, facilitator and peer scoring and advanced in-game metrics to produce a full report for each participant.
Sessions
A session or workshop is a single instance of a Jenson8 Application, made up of rounds of VR games in Apollo or Boomerang. Sessions usually take place on one day with a single group of participants.
Often they will need to complete a pre-workshop activity, such as a psychometric questionnaire. The session may include other activities carried out via the dashboard such as self and peer evaluation surveys.
Games
Games are individual rounds of Apollo or Boomerang, which are configured on the dashboard. All games must have their player configuration set up before launch, and must then be activated before players join.
