Invite participants to the pre-task survey

Jenson8 applications that use psychometrics (J-LEAD, J-LEARN, J-ETHICS etc.) usually require participants to log in to the dashboard and complete a pre-task survey before their workshop. Note that this is not required for Basic applications (Apollo Basic & Boomerang Basic).

Once participants have been added to a Session (see Creating and editing Sessions for more details), you can click the Invite button in the listing to invite them to register a password on their account and complete the pre-task survey.

By clicking the small chevron to the left of their listing, you can see more details about their status: whether they have logged in, and if so when, and whether they have completed the pre-task survey.
