Accessing credit transactions and current balance on the dashboard
Apollo and Boomerang games now use a pre-paid credits system for billing. Once purchased, credits can be used for any Jenson8 Application or Product managed on the Dashboard.
Accessing your transactions and current balance
Your transactions and current credit balance can be found under the 'Billing and usage tab' of the 'Organization' section of the Dashboard. Any user with organization administrative privileges will be able to access this tab
After logging in using your credentials, navigate to and select the Organizations section.
This will bring you to the main page for your organization. From here, select the 'Billing and usage' tab, located next to the 'Devices' tab.
Now you will be able to see a list of your organization's transactions, and the current credit balance.
Billing and Usage
The 'Billing and usage' tab will include a list of your organization's transactions, as well as your current credit balance.
Your transactions will appear in a list format. Each transaction will include the date, ID, a description, and the amount of credits that were used or purchased. After each game played, a new transaction will appear under billing and usage tab. The same is true of when credits are purchased.
Your current balance will be visible in the top right corner. This balance will reflect the number of credits your organization has available. Note: If your organization does not have enough credits to run the desired session, the game will fail to commence until more credits have been purchased.
