Completing the pre-task questionnaire:
Once participants have been registered for the session, they will take the pre-task questionnaire. Here, will they will indicate the degree to which they agree or disagree with each statement using a 5-point scale.
All Jenson8 psychometric applications will include a pre-task questionnaire.
Apollo/Boomerang Gameplay:
After completing the pre-task questionnaire, the dashboard will indicate that it is time to complete the first round of the experience. The dashboard will indicate which color and player type each participant will be playing as for this round. Participants usually complete three rounds of the experience per workshop.

Participants usually complete three rounds of the experience per workshop.
Applications that include self-reflection questions: J-LEARN, J-INCLUSION, J-POWER, J-COACH

Final Report
Following the workshop, a Jenson8 report will be generated. Jenson8 reports will use a participant's psychometric surveys, facilitator and peer scoring and advanced in-game behavioral metrics. These inputs will then be scored and used to generate a series of statements, including strengths, challenges, and action items for improvement. These will encompass a full, multidimensional report for each participant. The report will include an analysis of each of the four components within the application. For example, a Jenson8 report for the J-LEARN application will include improvement mindset, openness and accountability, goal setting, and sustained effort and challenge mindset.
All Jenson8 psychometric applications will generate a Jenson8 report.
The Jenson8 report will include the following components for each of the four constructs within the application:
- Construct: The report will first provide an explanation of the construct measured for the application, and indicate how the player performed in this area (example: "you show strong potential for openness and accountability").
- Potential Strengths: A list of potential strengths the player may exhibit during gameplay and in their everyday life (example: "you are highly effective at allocating time and resources to tasks due to your tendency to set specific goals for yourself").
- Potential Challenges: A list of potential challenges the player may experience during gameplay and in their everyday life (example: "At times, you may be too willing to integrate feedback that is not in your best interest").
- Action Items for Improvement: A list of actions that can be employed by the player to improve their performance in this area within their everyday life (example: "Continue to maintain positive outlooks in the face of setbacks and recognize potential for later success").
