J-INCLUSION is a psychometric application focused on developing inclusivity around other people and ideas, overcoming unconscious bias, and prioritizing group success over personal goals.

To accomplish this, J-INCLUSION measures 4 primary constructs:

  • Allyship
  • Bias
  • Open Mindedness
  • Community

J-INCLUSION utilizes the following components:

  • Pre-task survey
  • Personal Assessment
  • Peer Assessment*
  • Reflection Questions*

*Indicates this component is optional. In order to get the best experience, Jenson8 recommends incorporating all of the features that were intended for the application whenever possible.

Measurement consists of both an onboarding survey that collects personality trait information, a selection of predictive metrics recorded by the headset, a series of open-ended reflection questions, a post-game peer assessment, and the participants' own responses to the feedback they receive. For a full overview of the J-INCLUSION application and pillars, please refer to the overview deck attached in this article.

All J-INCLUSION workshops are lead by a trained Jenson8 facilitator. Jenson8 facilitators act as a guide and discussion leader for the team. Facilitators should empower others by providing a safe, professional, yet exciting environment, allowing individuals to explore and develop. For additional information on the role of Jenson8 facilitators, as well as supplemental materials used before, during, and after a J-INCLUSION workshop, please refer to the coach notes deck attached in this article.
