J-POWER

Screen_Shot_2023-04-13_at_11.25.52_AM.pngJ-POWER is a psychometric application focused on measuring and developing skills critical to consistent and effective organizational advancement.

To accomplish this, J-POWER measures 4 primary constructs:

  • Inspiring
  • Connecting
  • Supporting
  • Progressing

J-POWER utilizes the following components:

  • Pre-task survey
  • Personal Assessment
  • Peer Assessment*
  • Reflection Questions*

*Indicates this component is optional. In order to get the best experience, Jenson8 recommends incorporating all of the features that were intended for the application whenever possible.

Measurement consists of both a pre-task survey that collects personality trait information, a peer assessment, a selection of predictive machine metrics recorded by the headset, and a personal assessment. For a full overview of the J-POWER application and pillars, please refer to the overview deck attached in this article.

All J-POWER workshops are lead by a trained Jenson8 facilitator. Jenson8 facilitators act as a guide and discussion leader for the team. Facilitators should empower others by providing a safe, professional, yet exciting environment, allowing individuals to explore and develop. For additional information on the role of Jenson8 facilitators, as well as supplemental materials used before, during, and after a J-POWER workshop, please refer to the coach notes deck attached in this article.
