J-LEAD
J-LEAD is a psychometric application focused on building up individuals to become effective leaders that can direct others, take accountability for their leadership decisions, be able to work alongside teams, and create an environment that facilitates success.
To accomplish this, J-LEAD measures 4 primary constructs:
- Trust
- Accountability
- Teamwork
- Conscientiousness
J-LEAD utilizes the following components:
- Pre-task survey
- Peer Assessment*
*Indicates this component is optional. In order to get the best experience, Jenson8 recommends incorporating all of the features that were intended for the application whenever possible.
Measurement consists of an onboarding survey that collects personality trait information, a post-game peer assessment, a standardized behavioral assessment, and the participants' own responses to the feedback they receive. For a full overview of the J-LEAD application and pillars, please refer to the overview deck attached in this article.
All J-LEAD workshops are lead by a trained Jenson8 facilitator. Jenson8 facilitators act as a guide and discussion leader for the team. Facilitators should empower others by providing a safe, professional, yet exciting environment, allowing individuals to explore and develop. For additional information on the role of Jenson8 facilitators, as well as supplemental materials used before, during, and after a J-LEAD workshop, please refer to the coach notes deck attached in this article.
