J-COACH
J-COACH is a psychometric application focused on measuring and developing skills critical to success in leadership and management roles.
To accomplish this, J-COACH measures 4 primary constructs:
- Direction
- Delegation
- Empowerment
- Inspiration
J-COACH utilizes the following components:
- Pre-task survey
- Personal Assessment
- Peer Assessment*
- Reflection Questions*
*Indicates this component is optional. In order to get the best experience, Jenson8 recommends incorporating all of the features that were intended for the application whenever possible.
Measurement consists of both an onboarding survey that collects personality trait information, a post-game peer assessment, a selection of predictive metrics recorded by the headset, and the participants' own responses to the feedback they receive. For a full overview of the J-COACH application and pillars, please refer to the overview deck attached in this article.
All J-LEARN workshops are lead by a trained Jenson8 facilitator. Jenson8 facilitators act as a guide and discussion leader for the team. Facilitators should empower others by providing a safe, professional, yet exciting environment, allowing individuals to explore and develop. For additional information on the role of Jenson8 facilitators, as well as supplemental materials used before, during, and after a J-COACH workshop, please refer to the coach notes deck attached in this article.
