We would like to use our own devices - how do I ensure they are ready to be used in a Jenson8 workshop?

First, ensure the relevant Jenson8 applications operate on the platform you are using.


Then, follow advice below depending on the device/s being used.


Windows 10/11 PCs


If you are unable to download or access Jenson8 software on your corporate PC, you may need to contact your IT or network security to approve/whitelist our application. See more information regarding this process here.


As an alternative, you may want to consider hiring PCs from a technology rental company or asking participants to use personal PCs.


VR Headsets

  • Your headsets must be set up with a Meta account.
  • Ensure that there is no security such as a password or pin code restricting users from accessing the headsets and its applications.
  • Headsets must be fully functional and updated to the latest firmware.
  • The relevant software should be installed.
