Are there any further AV Requirements?
AV requirements vary depending on the type of session you are running.
All Events Generally Require:
- A large screen for the facilitator to present a deck or other information.
- The ability to adjust the lighting and blinds/curtains in the space. (Not enough/too much light in the space can have an adverse effect on headset sensors)
Events with Remote Participants will Require:
- Ideally, a conference system (external web cam and audio system). Alternatively you may want to bring your own portable conferencing equipment.
Larger Events May Require:
- Microphones for the facilitator/any other speakers.
