Why am I being asked for an activation code?

Upon launching Jenson8 software, each user must enter a unique 4-digit activation code to access a session. A Jenson8 technician will ensure all participants have their activation code when entering the experience.

We use this system for a number of reasons:

• To ensure participants join the correct session.
• To ensure others cannot access your session.
• Being able to identify each user allows facilitators and technicians to effectively carry out technical support.
• If a psychometric application is being used, the code is connected to the user's Jenson8 account, allowing in-game metrics to be used in their reports. (note that we do not collect this data if psychometrics are not being used)
