Jenson8 immersive applications are available Meta Quest headsets, Pico VR headsets, and PC desktop and laptop computers running Windows 10 & 11.

Meta Quest
Our applications are available to download via the Meta Horizon Store, search in headset or alternatively follow the relevant link below whilst signed into your Meta account to add to your library.
Windows 10/11 PC
Boomerang and Apollo are both available to download via Microsoft's ClickOnce installer. For a simple installation process, open the relevant link below in Microsoft Edge.
Once installed, you can launch the application via the Windows Start Menu.
PICO VR
Apollo and the Discovery Deck are available to download via the Pico Business store (not available in the Consumer Store), search in headset to download.
What are the system requirements for the Windows apps?
The majority of modern Windows PCs can comfortably run Jenson8 applications, however we advise against using tablet PCs or 2-in-1 detachable laptops such as the Surface Pro for a smooth experience.

Any other equipment needed?
PC users require a set of headphones, preferably with a microphone attached to ensure an optimal in-game communication experience. An external mouse (wired or wireless) is also required in Boomerang for participants to easily navigate the environment.

What are the network requirements?
For an optimal experience, we recommend the following per-device minimum requirements.
- Minimum 20mbps Download Speed
- Minimum 10mbps Upload Speed
- Under 50ms combined latency and jitter

How do I set up the firewall for Jenson8?
Corporate networks or PC security software such as Zscaler may have firewall policies which block Jenson8 applications.

Can I access Jenson8 experiences over a VPN?
We strongly recommend participants do not use a VPN. This is because VPNs often incur high levels of latency which are incompatible with our experiences.
What are the J* applications
The J* applications are a suite of psychometric assessments that can be performed during a session. Each application consists of a Pre-Task Survey and post-session Personal Assessment for each participant, and may include self-reflection questions between game rounds.
Once the session and all assessments are completed, an Individual Report is supplied to each participant assessing their strengths and weaknesses during the task and suggesting areas for improvement. A group report is also provided, assessing the overall team performance.
These applications focus on different areas and can be tailored to meet your team's requirements.

Do I need a web app login to access the experiences?
Session Facilitators require a login to http://vr.jenson8.com to set up sessions, retrieve user access codes and invite participants to create accounts for sessions with Psychometrics.
Session participants do not need a web login for sessions without psychometrics. They only need the access code supplied by the facilitator to access the experience.
Session participants for sessions with psychometrics will need to create an account before the session begins. This allows the to fill in the Pre-Task Survey before their session, the Self Reflection questions between game rounds and the Personal Assessment after the session ends. This data is used to generate the J* psychometric reports, which are also access through the website.
