Internet Speed Test - Remote Participants

You may be asked to carry out an internet speed test ahead of your Jenson8 session to ensure the network you are using can run Jenson8 software smoothly.

Please carry out this speed test at https://speed.cloudflare.com/ on your personal phone (if you are using VR) or PC (if you are using your PC), wait 20-30 seconds until the test is complete, then forward a screenshot of your results to the session organiser.

Our minimum speed requirements for a remote participant are as follows:

20mbps download speed

10mbps upload speed

Under 50ms of combined latency and jitter

If your internet connection does not meet our requirements, try reducing traffic on your Wi-Fi network if possible or moving closer to your router. Then run the test again.

If your Wi-Fi network is unusually slow at the point of the test, run another test when performance has recovered and forward this to your the session organiser.
